Is the SMS compliant? I've heard 10DLC is a pain.

Yes. We run SMS through Telnyx with 10DLC brand/campaign registration. Consent is captured at customer creation, STOP/HELP is handled automatically, and opt-outs propagate instantly.

How does 'AI Polish' work?

Claude reads your draft and rewrites it for clarity and tone — it doesn't invent facts. You always see the result and can edit or send as-is. No messages go out without your approval.

Can customers reply to reminder texts?

Yes. Replies thread into the same customer conversation. You see an unread indicator in your inbox, and appointment-related replies can trigger auto-actions.

What about Spanish-speaking customers?

Every reminder and campaign template has an EN/ES pair. Customers set their language preference in the hub; outbound messages go in their language automatically.
