Acceptable Use Policy

Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Grassly platform and services provided by Beckham Labs LLC. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. By using Grassly, you agree to comply with this policy. We may update this AUP from time to time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use Grassly to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or alter the platform
- Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or systems
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the platform without prior written permission
- Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) through Grassly messaging features, including email and SMS
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the platform, including row-level security policies or access controls
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Grassly platform without authorization
- Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
- Use the platform to harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against any individual
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks
Customer Data Responsibilities
As a Grassly user, you are responsible for the customer data you collect, store, and manage through the platform. You must:
- Collect customer information lawfully and with appropriate consent
- Obtain proper consent before sending SMS messages or marketing emails to your customers, in compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable regulations
- Comply with all applicable privacy laws regarding the personal data you collect and process through Grassly
- Not store sensitive data (such as Social Security numbers, government IDs, or full payment card numbers) in free-text fields or notes within Grassly
- Promptly honor opt-out and data deletion requests from your customers

Fair Use
Grassly is designed for lawn care and property service businesses to manage their operations at a reasonable scale. Fair use includes:
- Operating within the customer, employee, and admin limits of your subscription plan
- Using API and platform features at reasonable request volumes consistent with normal business operations
- Not using the platform in a way that degrades performance for other users
We reserve the right to throttle or restrict access if usage significantly exceeds normal patterns, after providing reasonable notice and an opportunity to adjust.
Enforcement
Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:
- A warning with a request to correct the violation
- Temporary suspension of your account pending investigation
- Permanent termination of your account and access to the platform
- Reporting to law enforcement if the violation involves illegal activity
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform, other users, or comply with legal obligations.
Reporting Violations
If you believe someone is violating this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us at support@grassly.pro. We review all reports and will take appropriate action.
