Born from Experience
I built a lawn care and landscaping business from the ground up and ran it for over a decade before building Grassly. Over those years I tried just about every competing software out there, and none of them fit. They were either overpriced, overbuilt, or clearly made by people who had never pushed a mower or dealt with a customer calling about their neighbor's yard.
So I decided to build something that actually works the way this business works. Every feature in Grassly comes from real problems I ran into on the job — route optimization that understands you start from your shop, invoicing that doesn't take six clicks to send, chemical tracking that actually meets compliance requirements instead of just checking a box.
This is the tool I wished I had when I was running my business.

A dedicated mobile app for field crews with offline-first support. Clock in, update job status, capture photos, and navigate routes — even without cell service.
More Integrations
Expanding beyond QuickBooks to more accounting platforms and third-party tools. If there's a service your business depends on, we want Grassly to connect to it.
Spanish-Language Expansion
Grassly already supports English and Spanish, but we're deepening that — more features fully translated, bilingual customer communications, and making sure Spanish-speaking crews and customers feel fully supported.
Your Ideas Shape Grassly
I read every feature request and bug report personally. Users vote on what gets built next, and those votes directly influence the roadmap. If something is broken or confusing, I want to know about it.
